Pancake-Cake

Prologue: Pancake-cake is the most expeditious & drool worthy snack you can ever make for you loved ones or maybe for yourself too because, Instagram says “Self-Love is important”! Dietitians say occasional serving of pancakes in your diet is a hearty option, providing a high quantity of carbohydrates and a range of vitamins and minerals. Now, that’s much more solid reason I suppose?!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida (250 grams)
  2. 3/4th cup powdered sugar (200 grams)
  3. Cocoa Powder (2-3 Table spoons)
  4. Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  5. Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)
  6. Baking Soda ( 1 teaspoon )
  7. Vanilla/Chocolate Essence (1 teaspoon)
  8. Coffee Powder (2 teaspoons)
    *This will enhance the taste really well*
  9. Warm milk (1 cup of warm milk, to be added gradually)
  10. To make Oil-Mix: 2 table spoons of butter/ghee+ 2 table spoons of Oil
  11. Chocolate Syrup (For garnishing)

Method:

  1. First step is to sieve & mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the oil mix & Vanilla essence. Mix.
  3. Add warm milk slowly to get pancake like consistency.
  4. Cook the pancakes on medium flame, flip gently to cook both the sides .
  5. Cook around 8-10 pancakes put them all together add chocolate syrup. Please be generous enough while adding the syrup.
  6. Enjoy!!
