Healthiest & Quickest Fish Recipe

Prologue: There is no doubt all fish lovers must have thought of having fish in some different forms rather than the conventional spicy fish curry whether be it in form of fish fingers or fish pakoras but, we all are well aware of low nutrition values they deliver. Fish contains high nutrition values like high proteins and omega-3 fatty acids when consumed in the right way. So, here is the dish which can be made in just 25-30 minutes and preserves all the nutrition values!

Preparation Time: 25-30 minutes

Ingredients :

  1. Pompfret fish (200 gms)
  2. Olive Oil (2 teaspoons)
  3. Lemon Juice (3 teaspoons)
  4. Salt (2 teaspoons)
  5. Honey (1 teaspoon)
  6. Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  7. Fresh Mint & Coriander
  8. Chilli Flakes (1 teaspoon)
  9. Onions (1) nicely chopped
  10. Sauces (Soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce) -Each (1 teaspoon)

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F (204 °C).
  • Rinse the fish and cut the bottom back fin off the fish, chop the fish in 3 inch cubes.
  • Add all the above mentioned ingredients into it. *except onions*
  • Give it a nice mix.
  • Let it marinate for 6-7 minutes
  • Place the fish in the baking pan.
  • Bake the fish for 20 minutes.
  • The fish is ready when the flesh inside has turned opaque and flaky, and the outside skin is crispy.
  • Now, add pinch of salt and black pepper to the onions and microwave it for 1 minute.
  • Lastly, add these onions to the fish and you’re done!
  • Enjoy!!
